Q: Where are the wheels and castors that should come with this unit?

A: They are in a nested compartment with a cover you need to remove on the bottom of the unit.

Q: Why doesn’t it cool right away? I just plugged it in but it’s not cooling.

A: You need to fill the water compartment to full to allow the water pump to prime. Once that happens, it will begin to cycle the water and within 15 minutes will be cooling efficiently.

Q: How many hours can this unit continuously cool after I fill the water reservoir?

A: The MC37V can cool up to 4 hours on one tank full. I usually check my unit every hour to make sure I am good. If you just want to ‘set it and forget it’, you can hook up the unit to your garden hose and the float valve will keep the unit continuously filled.
